October 8, 2024 7-8:30 pm PST: Introduction to Energy Management and Assessing Your Current State: We review the core four pillars of energy and create a personalized energy audit with a plan for reviewing the results to personalize your work moving forward. 

November 12, 2024 7-8:30 pm PST: Physical Energy - Foundations of Well-Being: Review the four core principles of physical energy and create an action plan to improve yours based on individual audit results. 

December 3, 2024 7-8:30 pm PST: Emotional Energy—Cultivating Emotional Wellness: This section reviews concepts such as emotional intelligence, gratitude, and connections and discusses how to incorporate them into our daily lives. 

December 17, 2024 7-8:30 pm PST: Mental Energy - Enhancing Focus and Time Management: Time is our most precious resource.  You will learn how to use your time more effectively, including working with our natural rhythms and reviewing evidence-based time management strategies. 

January 7, 2024 7-8:30 pm PST: Core Energy - Aligning Values, Purpose and Life Priorities: We will define and support reflection on personal purpose, values and where you want to prioritize your time and energy in this season of your life and review how to use this knowledge to better integrate your work and personal lives.

January 21, 2024 7-8:30 pm PST: Integration and Goal Setting - Creating an individualized action plan: Using the knowledge and skills gained throughout the course, we will support the creation of short—and long-term goals and concrete steps to continue working towards these goals.

Just as in healthcare, where it identifies areas for enhancement in patient care, it can also illuminate opportunities for growth in our personal and professional lives. By applying quality improvement principles in our daily lives, we can pinpoint areas of inefficiency, stress, and burnout, and then implement meaningful changes to improve our overall well-being. This proactive approach not only helps us navigate the challenges of our demanding careers but also equips us with the skills and mindset needed to sustain a balanced and fulfilling life in the long run.

Quality improvement isn't just a tool for healthcare systems; it's a powerful tool for personal growth and resilience in the face of professional challenges.

Join with a friend or two...and create an accountability group!  What a great way to reconnect with some friends while making positive change in your lives!

Get a coach...I know we should be able to "do it on our own" ...but you know what...we are already doing so much and a coach can help you with the hard work ahead!  They can be your accountability, your cheerleader or just help you sift through all of the noise in your own head holding you back!
